Critical Concern: Air Compressor¶
The Sullair 25HP compressor from 1994 is the single most important infrastructure item. CNC machines, pneumatic tools, bead blast cabinet, and other equipment all depend on compressed air. If it fails, the shop stops.

Electrical Capacity¶
For future growth (adding machines, second shift), need to know: - Total service amperage (400A? 600A?) - Voltage (480V 3-phase expected for CNC equipment) - Panel capacity — room for additional circuits? - Any constraints if adding another large CNC? (Question #96)
