Audit Schedule & Findings

  • Last audit: December 2025
  • Result: Corrective actions currently in place
  • Status: ❌ Open CAs — severity unknown (Pre-LOI question #23)

NQA-1 (Nuclear)

  • Next audit: April 2026 🔴
  • Risk: Imminent audit during potential deal timeline
  • Question: Does ownership change trigger reschedule or expanded scope? (Pre-LOI question #24)

Change-of-Control Risk 🔴

This is a go/no-go issue. Per FAQ, certifications transfer "as long as no operational changes." LANL "may conduct a desktop assessment" for ownership change.

Open questions: - Do certs/IESL transfer with entity sale, or does new owner reapply? (Question #20) - What LANL approvals/notifications required? Blackout period? (Question #21) - Has LANL handled a vendor ownership change before? (Question #22)
