Quality Levels¶
- ML-1 and ML-2 level projects (Source: Website About Us)
- This means JMS can handle the highest-criticality nuclear components
NDT Personnel Certifications¶
- AWS CWI (Certified Welding Inspector)
- PT (Penetrant Testing)
- MSLT (Mass Spectrometer Leak Testing) per ASNT SNT-TC-1A

Audit Schedule & Findings¶
ISO 9001 (Weapons-related)¶
- Last audit: December 2025
- Result: Corrective actions currently in place
- Status: ❌ Open CAs — severity unknown (Pre-LOI question #23)
NQA-1 (Nuclear)¶
- Next audit: April 2026 🔴
- Risk: Imminent audit during potential deal timeline
- Question: Does ownership change trigger reschedule or expanded scope? (Pre-LOI question #24)

Change-of-Control Risk 🔴¶
This is a go/no-go issue. Per FAQ, certifications transfer "as long as no operational changes." LANL "may conduct a desktop assessment" for ownership change.
Open questions: - Do certs/IESL transfer with entity sale, or does new owner reapply? (Question #20) - What LANL approvals/notifications required? Blackout period? (Question #21) - Has LANL handled a vendor ownership change before? (Question #22)
