Overview

This is a massive consumable asset that doesn't fully show on the financials/balance-sheet. The $773K represents thousands of individual items across:

Value Breakdown

The inventory was counted and priced across three periods: - Main inventory: December 12, 2021 (original count) - Continuation 1: January 10-11, 2024 (press brake tooling, additional items) - Continuation 2: November 20, 2023 (power tools, hand tools, weld area)

Grand Total: $773,154.67

DD Implications

  1. Hidden asset: This $773K of tooling is a real cost to replicate from scratch but doesn't appear at fair value on the balance sheet.
