GibbsCAM is the primary CAM software used to program CNC machines. If the license doesn't transfer, replacement cost is $16K+ and there's a learning curve with any alternative (Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.).

Post-Acquisition IT Considerations¶
- Server age: Dell T440 from 2011 is 14+ years old. Works fine for file storage but should be on the replacement radar.
- Windows 2019: Server OS is current and supported through 2029.
- No ERP evident: If they're running on spreadsheets/paper, that's an AI automation opportunity (aligns with acquisition thesis).
